On December 15th, 2012, we had the last belt promotion of the year. We had  7 Black belts presented at the Vagner Rocha Martial Arts Academy: Vagner Rocha, Jay Moncaio, Fred Moncaio, Glen Hall, Andrew Fisher, Billy Tran and Zenovy Shatzov. All the students getting promoted had the chance to roll with one of the Black Belts and to show them why their are getting promoted. Master Rocha gave a speech about all the steps of ranks  in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu explaining why commitment and persistence are the key to success in this sport. Finally, after all the students got their new belt and certificates, they had to walk to the famous "Hall".

Congratulation to all the students that got promoted, and special congrats to : Willian Jonhson, Curtis Porter & Paul Goodkin for being promoted to Purple Belt and Carlos Vargas for getting his Brown Belt!!!!!!
