School is OFF & VRMA Competition Camp is ON

Join us for the Competition Preparation Day Camp! Vagner Rocha Martial Arts is hosting another “ School Off – VRMA Camp” on Friday October 24th, when all public Broward & Miami Dade County schools will be closed!

This camp is structured to provide a competition preparation training focus on for those competing at NAGA on Saturday, October 25th. We will be working on winning strategies & visualization, tips on nutrition, relaxation, confidence, light drills, recap of moves, etc. It will also be a great experience for non and first time competitors. Camp hour are from 8am to 6pm.
