Loyal student, who will always be a VRMA at heart, gets his brown belt
In Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the brown belt is the last belt before the black belt, there should be very few moves or positions that a brown belt is unfamiliar with. This past Sunday, I had the pleasure to being present and witness one great friend, loyal student, who will forever be a VRMA at heart, getting his brown belt. We want to congratulate Jeff Pare for earning his belt today at Gracie Tampa South under Matt Arroyo. He started his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training at Vagner Rocha Martial Arts back on December 2007, and moved to Tampa two years ago where he continued his training. Keep a mindset and attitude for Jiu Jitsu at the highest level possible and you will soon reach the ultimate goal. Congratulations once again, very well deserved!!!
