Vagner Rocha shows how to get “The Python” trap on his opponent.

This video demonstrates how to execute what I call the “The Python Trap” or the Muffler, which Vagner Rocha submitted his opponent in his last super fight main event during XFN 21 on August 26th, in Coral Springs, FL.  It’s a suffocation technique where you control your opponents arms and cover their mouth. I also demonstrate the best way to trap the arms on the back control.
