Mike Bruno was tapped by a beautiful triangle choke at the hands of Vagner Rocha!!!

This last Friday, November 2nd, 2012, Fight Time Promotions event "Warriors Collide",  billed as the most anticipated MMA pro showdown in Florida of the year at the historic War Memorial Auditorium in Ft. Lauderdale, presented the main fight : Vagner Rocha x  Mike Bruno. Bruno, who trains with American Top Team,  brother of UFC veteran Steve Bruno, used to be undefeated in Fight Time with two of his four wins coming by submission.

Here's a briefly description of the fight:

On the 1st round, Mike goes for the take down and gets it, with Vagner immediately going for a submission kimura. Bruno gets out of it to only have Vagner land on his back. Vagner goes for the rear naked choke and transitions to strikes from Bruno's back. After several submission attempts and a lot of ground and pound by Vagner…Mike hold on and it goes to the 2nd round.

On the 2nd Round, Mike Bruno takes it to the ground with Vagner  Rocha, looking for a triangle choke and Mike taps out in 0:53 of the 2nd round.

Congratulations to Vagner Rocha on becoming the new Fight Time Promotions/ISKA Lightweight Champion on Friday, Nov. 2, 2012 for Fight Time 12 "Warriors Collide".
