Women’s Fitness Bootcamp Classes

Bootcamp classes for women are a mix of workouts using bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes, medicine balls and many other types of equipment. The classes offer a challenging workout that will keep your heart rate up, forcing your body to burn more calories than through traditional cardio and weight lifting. Watch this video for a quick example of these classes. The challenging workout for this class is based on “HIIT” or High Intensity Interval Training. Which means the workout is performed through short bursts of very high intensity exercises with periods of recovery, where our instructor, Fafa Rocha, will “nicely” push you to your limits – and she does a great job of doing it! The program is focused on building strength, endurance, flexibility, core strength and increasing metabolism.

The bottom line is that you will see results often in a fraction of the time that it would take another type of workout.

FAFA ROCHA – Women’s Fitness Bootcamp Instructor

Fafa Rocha has been involved in the fitness world since 2010. She is is a kettlebell specialist. She teaches drills for professional athletes and beginners. 

Coach Fafa is a mother of two,and she holds a rank of purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She enjoys teaching others a healthier lifestyle skills. All of our students have seen great improvement since starting our women’s fitness bootcamp classes.

It doesn’t matter what your goal is: losing weight, buidling up muscles, improving cardio, building confidence, speeding up your jiu jitsu game or to simply being fit, these classes will help you reach your goal!

I started the Fitness Women class early this year (2016) and what an adventure it has been! I have lost over 20 pounds, and I’ve also lost a couple of inches all around my body.
